About Mark J. Newburger
Mark J. Newburger spent 33 years building and leading a healthcare information technology company, from idea through customers, teams, growth, and scale. He made the strategic and operating decisions and lived with their consequences over decades.
That founder/operator experience is the foundation of Newburger Consulting. Mark works with founders at critical stages of building and scaling businesses, while the founder remains the decision-maker. His deepest experience is in B2B technology and healthcare information technology, but the founder challenges he addresses extend well beyond technology.
Let’s Talk About What You’re Building and What Comes Next.
Whether you are shaping an idea, navigating growth, or reducing founder dependency, start with the issue or opportunity in front of you.
